Week 2: Digital Art foundations.
Lecture:
Art and design foundations for digital work

Compo studies. Obtain Reff for color for apparel design project.
Week
3: posterized images for
apparel design.
Lecture: Image size, cropping, introduction to
all tools on the toolbar.
Working
with layers posterizing images. Making selections.
Lab: Start apparel design.

4: Creating a digital
layout with type.

tools, and the differences between them. Use/application of filters.

Painting a simple digital illustration.

11-13: Create a matt painting
from multiple photos.
Lecture: Manipulation
of photos for matt painting. Selection tools.
